During Anuga 2023, one of the most significant fairs in the food and beverage sector held between October 7-11, our Charimans of Associations and Board Members convened with Turkish companies. The Anuga Fair, hosted in Cologne, Germany, for over a century and occurring biennially, was organized this year under the theme of "Sustainable Growth." The fair saw participation from approximately 8,000 exhibitors from a total of 118 countries, with Turkish companies showing an increased presence compared to previous years.
