GAİB Cereals Organised Sectoral Trade Delegations to Vietnam and Malaysia

Prior to the sectoral trade delegation programme organised by GAİB Cereals in Vietnam and Malaysia, preliminary delegation visits were conducted. Erhan Sayın, Board Member of GAİB Cereals, and Ahmet Şahbudak, Deputy Secretary General of GAİB, participated in the preliminary delegation programme. During the visits held in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, numerous market chains and the Vietnam Retailers Association were visited to exchange views about the delegation. In addition, the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the Vietnam Investment and Trade Development Centre, and the IPP Group company were visited to share information about the sector and export products, and potential buyers were invited to the delegation. In Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, our Trade Counsellors Münevver Koçak and Merve Kadiroğlu, official institutions, companies, and markets were visited. During meetings with the Malaysian Women Entrepreneurs Association and sectoral companies, the delegation requested their participation and support.

The Vietnam leg of the delegation programme, held from 2 to 9 August 2025, began with visits to the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry, companies and markets, and continued with B2B bilateral business meetings attended by 10 member companies. B2B bilateral business meetings were also successfully completed during the Malaysia leg of the programme, with participants showing keen interest in our companies and products.
