İHBİR Organised a Workshop on Food Supplements and Functional Foods

The “Workshop on Food Supplements and Functional Foods” was held on Wednesday, 14 January 2026, organised by İHBİR in collaboration with the Ankara University Institute of Food Safety. The event, which saw the valuable participation of over 50 companies operating in the sectors of food supplements, functional foods, probiotics, prebiotics, sweeteners, and medicinal and herbal products, featured discussions on the growing market potential, challenges facing the sector, and proposed solutions.
