İHBİR Participates in the Sweets & Snacks Expo

The Sweets & Snacks Expo, the prestigious US confectionery and snack fair, opened its doors for the 29th time on 19 May 2026 in Las Vegas. Türkiye was strongly represented at the event by 33 companies, presenting Turkish export products to international buyers. On the opening day, a delegation comprising Merve Tüzer Kaya, Commercial Attaché of the Republic of Türkiye in Los Angeles, İHBİR Vice Chairmen Kürşad Gülbahar and İsmail Gül, and Board Member İlhami Demir visited the companies in the national participation pavilion and presented their participation certificates. In parallel with the fair, effective promotional activities were also carried out under the Confectionery and Bakery Products TURQUALITY Promotion Project, conducted by the Sector Board for the US market under İHBİR's coordination. Successfully concluded with strong interest from exporters, the fair strengthened the presence of the Turkish confectionery and snack sector in the US market while opening the door to new cooperation opportunities.
