The Sector Board Meets with the TİM President
The TİM Cereals, Pulses, Oil Seeds and Products Sector Board, which took office following the completion of the exporters' associations' elective ordinary general assemblies, paid a courtesy visit to Mustafa Gültepe, President of the Türkiye Exporters Assembly (TİM), at his office on 10 June 2026. The visit featured a comprehensive exchange of views on the projects to be implemented in the new term and on sectoral developments. The well-attended visit brought together Sector Board Chairman Nihat Uysallı, Vice Chairmen Celal Kadooğlu and Kazım Taycı, and Board Members Veysel Memiş, Muhammet Öztürk, Mesut Acar, Mazhar Altunkaya, Serdar Yıldızgörer, Yusuf Memiş and Hüseyin Eviz. Representing the administrative coordination of the exporters' associations, Musa Demir, Secretary General of the Central Anatolian Exporters' Associations (OAİB), Bülent Kayalı, Secretary General of the Southeastern Anatolian Exporters' Associations (GAİB), and Doğuş Tozanlı, Secretary General of the Istanbul Exporters' Associations (İİB), also accompanied the delegation. The meeting addressed strategic steps to consolidate Türkiye's position in the global food market as well as export targets for the new term. In light of the sector's importance to macroeconomic balances and food supply security, participants noted the need to accelerate coordinated public–private projects to be carried out under the TİM umbrella. TİM President Mustafa Gültepe wished the entire export family a successful new term and extended his best wishes to the Sector Board's management and members.
