One of the world’s largest confectionery and snack trade fairs, ISM 2025, opened its doors to visitors for the 54th time. Held in Cologne between February 2-5, the fair hosted the successful organization of Türkiye’s National Participation by the İstanbul Cereals, Pulses, Oil Seeds and Products Exporters’ Association (İHBİR). On the first day of the fair, Hüseyin Kantem AL, Consul General of the Republic of Türkiye in Cologne, and İrem Ekmekçi Konuk, Commercial Attaché of the Republic of Türkiye in Düsseldorf, visited İHBİR’s booth along with İHBİR Chairman Kazım Taycı and Members of the Board of Directors. During the meetings, potential collaborations and export opportunities between Türkiye and Germany were discussed. At İHBİR’s information booth, visitors were treated to Turkish delights such as Turkish coffee, lokum, and chocolate - some of the most beloved items of Turkish confectionery culture. Visitors from around the world attending the fair sampled Turkish flavors and learned more about İHBİR’s activities.
